Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 1 cup Lucky Bee cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2–3 slices good rustic bread (sourdough or baguette)
- 1 ball fresh burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
- 1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Flaky sea salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- A few fresh basil leaves, torn
- Optional: drizzle of balsamic glaze or hot honey

Instructions
1️⃣ Toast the bread
Brush slices lightly with olive oil and toast until golden and crisp on the outside but still a little tender inside.
2️⃣ Prep the tomatoes
Halve the Lucky Bee tomatoes and place in a bowl.
Add a pinch of flaky salt, black pepper, and a small drizzle of olive oil. Toss gently and let sit 5–10 minutes to get juicy.
3️⃣ Build the toast
Tear burrata open and spread generously over the warm toast.
4️⃣ Add the tomatoes
Spoon the marinated tomatoes over the burrata, letting some of the juices soak into the bread.
5️⃣ Finish like a chef
Top with torn basil and a final drizzle of olive oil.
Optional: a light thread of balsamic glaze for tang or hot honey for sweet heat.
